Shipping within the UAE:

Shipping international:
- Shipping takes 7 to 10 working days by a third-party courier company.
-Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Refund, return or exchange are not possible.
- In case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced, subject to informing us within 7 working days from the delivery date.
- Alterations are possible with additional charges 50 AED and delivery charges are covered by customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
